Guishan Villa Cai Ci Mansion is a cultural heritage site protected by Jinjiang City.

Guishan Villa Cai Ci Mansion is located at Wanda City Plaza in Meiling Subdistrict. It was built in 1952 and is categorized as a modern-era structure.

Built in 1952, Guishan Villa Cai Ci Mansion was the residence of overseas Chinese Cai Ci from the Philippines. It is a three-story Western-style house with a prominent turtle-back roof, facing southeast and situated northwest. The entire building features a mixed brick and stone structure, with exterior walls constructed from red bricks and white stone strips. The balcony is adorned with exquisitely carved patterns created using the cut-and-paste technique, depicting floral designs, lions, and the Earth, along with the inscription “Dawn’s Radiant Glory.” The building is relatively large in scale and well-preserved, holding significant value for the study of modern overseas Chinese architecture.

On February 5, 2013, Guishan Villa Cai Ci Mansion was designated as part of the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage sites in Jinjiang City.

Protected area: bounded by alleys to the east, west, and north, and by a courtyard to the south.

Meiling Subdistrict: Located in the northern part of Jinjiang City, Meiling Subdistrict borders Chendai Town to the east, Chidian Town to the north, Xiyuan Subdistrict to the west, and Qingyang Subdistrict to the south. The subdistrict derives its name from its location at the junction of Qingmei Mountain and Ling Mountain. The terrain slopes slightly from west to east, featuring relatively flat land. It covers an area of approximately 11 square kilometers, comprising 14 communities and 28 natural villages, with a registered population of 31,693 and over 20,000 migrant residents.
