Guishan Villa Qingquan Residence is a cultural relic protection unit of Jinjiang City.

Guishan Villa Qingquan Residence is located at Wanda City Plaza in Meiling Subdistrict. Built in 1977, it is categorized as a representative modern architecture.

Built in 1977 as the residence of overseas Chinese Zhuang Qingquan from the Philippines, Guishan Villa Qingquan Residence is a three-story tower-style Western-style building facing southeast and is situated northwest. The main structure has a square floor plan, but rooms project outward on all four sides, with outer corridors filling the gaps between the protrusions to complete the floor plan. On the main façade facing the southeast, there is also a balcony that extends beyond the main building. The interior and exterior are richly decorated, with numerous stone carvings embedded in the panel walls on both sides of the central hall, all featuring traditional figures and floral-bird motifs. The exterior decoration makes greater use of geometric patterns, giving it a strong modern flair, making it an important distinctive building of the modern era. Zhuang Qingquan was a steel magnate in the Philippines and once served as the chairman of the Federated Filipino-Chinese Chambers of Commerce.

On February 5, 2013, Guishan Villa Qingquan Residence was announced as part of the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural relic protection units in Jinjiang City.

Protected area: east to the courtyard, west to open space, south to the surrounding wall, north to the alley.

Meiling Subdistrict: Located in the northern part of Jinjiang City, Meiling Subdistrict borders Chendai Town to the east, neighbors Chidian Town to the north, is bounded by Xiyuan Subdistrict to the west, and connects to Qingyang Subdistrict to the south. The subdistrict is named for being situated at the junction of Qingmei Mountain and Ling Mountain. The terrain slopes slightly from west to east, with relatively flat land. The jurisdiction covers an area of about 11 square kilometers, comprising 14 communities and 28 natural villages, with a registered population of 31,693 and over 20,000 migrant residents.
