The Inscription Cluster of the Xingban Coastal Long Bridge is a cultural relic protection unit of Jinjiang City.

The Inscription Cluster of the Xingban Coastal Long Bridge is located within Haihui Temple in Xingban Community, Xintang Subdistrict. Dating from the Ming Dynasty to the Republican Era, it falls under the category of grotto temples and stone carvings.

The Inscription Cluster of the Xingban Coastal Long Bridge consists of water conservancy inscriptions erected between the Ming and Republican periods, situated along both corridors of Haihui Temple: ① A Ming Dynasty stele inscribed with text by Chen Zifeng, now faded and illegible due to weathering. ② A Qing Dynasty stele from the Xinyou Year of Qianlong, now split into four pieces. ③ A Qing Dynasty stele from the Xinyou Year of Daoguang titled “Inscription for the Reconstruction of the Coastal Long Bridge.” ④ A Qing Dynasty stele from the 24th Year of Guangxu titled “Inscription by Wang Jing’en of Xiantian Qianbao for Rebuilding the Coastal Embankment.” ⑤ A Qing Dynasty stele from the 1st Year of Xuantong titled “Inscription for the Reconstruction of the Quanzhou South Coastal Long Bridge.” ⑥ A Republican Era stele from the 25th Year of the Republic of China titled “Inscription for the Reconstruction of the Haizi Gate at Haijiang Pavilion.” ⑦ One fragmented stele. The Inscription Cluster of the Xingban Coastal Long Bridge holds significant value for the study of water conservancy construction in Jinjiang during the Ming and Qing Dynasties.

On February 5, 2013, the Inscription Cluster of the Xingban Coastal Long Bridge was designated as part of the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural relic protection units in Jinjiang City.

Xingban Community currently has a total population of 1,769 and 571 households, divided into 10 groups. The community’s two committees consist of 8 members, including 1 Party branch secretary, 2 Party branch committee members, 1 neighborhood committee director, 1 deputy director, and 3 neighborhood committee members.
