Chen Cuo Shunji Temple: Built during the Ming Dynasty, it is a single-eave, double-sloped, hard-hipped roof structure facing south. The mirror wall features a mixed brick-and-stone construction, with exquisitely painted water cart walls and remarkably delicate cut porcelain tilework on the upturned ridges. The steps in front of the main gate are relics from the Ming period. At the center of the temple is a shrine dedicated to Mazu, flanked by a Qing Dynasty couplet: “Crossing vast rivers, myriad sails find their way along the enlightened path; divided from Meizhou Island, divine blessings have sanctified these waters for a thousand autumns.” Above the shrine hangs a Qing Dynasty plaque donated by villagers who migrated to Taiwan, inscribed with the words “Endlessly Bathed in Grace.” Two flagpole stones stand in the temple’s front courtyard. Protected area: bounded by alleys on the east, west, and north, and by the courtyard on the south.

Xiao Xia Tianhou Temple: Originally built during the Wanli era of the Ming Dynasty (1573–1620), it has undergone multiple renovations over the centuries and was reconstructed in 1992 on its original site and to its original specifications. Facing northwest, it features a hip-and-gable roof. The main structure is a three-bay, two-courtyard brick, stone, and timber building, decorated with exquisite stone and wood carvings. Houshan Tianhou Temple: Originally built during the Ming Dynasty, it underwent multiple renovations during the Qing Dynasty’s Daoguang era and the Republican period, and was recently rebuilt. Jinjing Town: Located on the coast of Waidou Bay in the southeastern part of Jinjiang City, Jinjing Town is just 5.6 nautical miles from Kinmen Island. It covers an area of 56.7 square kilometers and has a population of 58,000.

Jinjing has seen significant development in comprehensive agricultural projects, with marine aquaculture covering over 10,000 mu. A number of grain, vegetable, forestry, fruit, livestock, and aquatic product bases have been established.
