The former site of the expanded cadre meeting of the Central County Committee of the CPC in Quanzhou — No. 19 Zheng Residence, Anhai Town, is a classic red tourism attraction.

The former site of the expanded cadre meeting of the Central County Committee of the CPC in Quanzhou, No. 19 Zheng Residence, is located at No. 7 Fangpi Lane, Xingsheng Community, Anhai Town, Jinjiang City.

In April 1945, the expanded cadre meeting of the Central County Committee of the CPC in Quanzhou was held at the No. 19 Zheng Residence in Anhai Town. The meeting addressed domestic and international situations, conveyed the spirit of the "Second Directive on Anti-Japanese Guerrilla Warfare" issued by the CPC Fujian Provincial Committee, reorganized the Party structure, assigned tasks, and also established the CPC Jinjiang County Working Committee. The revolutionary seeds sown during this meeting significantly propelled the development of the revolutionary movement in the Quanzhou region.

The No. 19 Zheng Residence was built in 1917 by Zheng Gongzhao, a Filipino overseas Chinese. It is a two-story Roman-style red-brick Western-style building. At that time, construction materials, lighting fixtures, and most of the furniture in the building were shipped from the Philippines, which is why locals in Anhai referred to it as the "foreigner’s building." It is said to have been the first Western-style building constructed by an overseas Chinese in the southern part of Jinjiang. Today, only the first floor remains.

Since the Anti-Japanese War, the No. 19 Zheng Residence has served as an important site for the activities of underground Party members. This revolutionary family alone nurtured 10 outstanding underground Party members who made sacrifices and contributions to the revolution. In June 2007, the No. 19 Zheng Residence in Anhai was designated as a municipal-level cultural relics protection unit under the fourth batch of such designations in Jinjiang City, with a protected area of 185 square meters.
