The Tomb of the Four Martyrs from the Huang Mengxi Family is a classic red tourism attraction.

The Tomb of the Four Martyrs from the Huang Mengxi Family is located in Dongdu Natural Village, Dongquan Village, Baisha Town, Hanjiang District, Putian City.

Huang Mengxi (1888–1944) joined the revolution in 1929 and was the head of the underground liaison station in Dongquan, Baisha. He supported the revolutionary cause through income from bamboo weaving and carrying goods on his shoulder, and sheltered fellow revolutionaries. Later, when his home-based liaison station was exposed, and despite the killing of his family members and the burning of his house, he remained committed to the revolutionary struggle. He was arrested in 1944, imprisoned in Fuqing Jail, and tortured so severely that his body became covered in festering wounds, leading to his martyrdom in prison. Huang Mengxi’s eldest son, Huang Guoyu, born in 1908, originally worked as a doctor. He joined the revolution in 1929 and later opened the Feibai Clinic to treat wounded guerrilla fighters. In April 1938, he went north with the troops and served as the head of the medical team of the New Fourth Army. During the mid-period of the Anti-Japanese War, he passed away in southern Jiangsu due to overwork and illness. His second son, Huang Guobiao, born in 1913, joined the revolution in 1931. In 1942, while organizing villagers in Yongtai to resist the enemy and fight against local despots, he was surrounded by the enemy and tragically shot and killed. His daughter, Huang Guomei, born in 1923, worked as a courier for the underground liaison station at home from an early age and joined the guerrilla forces in 1941. In April 1947, she fought in the Daiyun Mountains with the Daiyun Column. In July of the same year, she was surrounded by a large enemy force in Dehua and was captured and martyred.

The Tomb of the Four Martyrs from the Huang Mengxi Family is situated about 50 meters from the former Provincial Highway 202, faces southeast, and covers an area of approximately 70 square meters.
