The former site of the Red Army guerrilla activity base in Putian is a classic red tourism attraction.

The former site of the Red Army guerrilla activity base in Putian is located by Aoxi Stream in Aodong Village, Baisha Town, Hanjiang District, Putian City.

Between 1929 and 1930, around the establishment of the 207th Regiment of the Putian Red Army, the Lingxian Fatan Temple, situated on the opposite bank of Aobing Palace, served as an important activity hub for the Red Army guerrillas. Figures such as Huang Wan, Chen Tianzhang, Wang Jixiu, and Chen Puchuan frequently held meetings here to discuss and arrange revolutionary activities.

The Lingying Fatan at the former site of the Red Army guerrilla activity base in Putian is a single-story earthen and wooden structure temple, facing south and situated to the north. Originally built in the seventh year of the Shaoxing era during the Southern Song Dynasty (1137), it is a temple dedicated to the worship of Lord Zhang Gong, celebrated for his divine power to summon thunder and rain, as well as his ability to combat droughts and control floods.

The former site of the Red Army guerrilla activity base in Putian, as part of the Aobing Palace Revolutionary Site complex, was designated as a cultural relic protection unit of Putian County by the Putian County People's Government in October 1981, and as a cultural relic protection unit of Fujian Province by the Fujian Provincial People's Government in November 2009.
