The former site of the Red Army's 207th Regiment Headquarters is a classic red tourism destination.

The former site of the Red Army's 207th Regiment Headquarters is located in Xiankeng Natural Village, Fengshan Village, Qiulu Town, Hanjiang District, Putian City.

In 1930, Chen Tianzhang led the 207th Regiment of the 23rd Red Army to station at Sanguan Hall in Xiankeng, Fengshan Village. They mobilized the masses to carry out struggles against local tyrants and for grain distribution, and wrote revolutionary propaganda slogans on the walls of Sanguan Hall to expand the influence of the Red Army guerrilla forces.

The Sanguan Hall at the former site of the Red Army's 207th Regiment Headquarters is a temple dedicated to the Heavenly Official, Earthly Official, and Longevity Official, covering an area of about 100 square meters. Originally a three-bay structure, due to years of disrepair, only the central bay remains, with no doors or windows left, and some beams, columns, and most of the rafters have decayed. In 2006, villagers of Xiankeng spontaneously raised funds to rebuild Sanguan Hall as a place for religious activities.

Qiulu Town: Qiulu Town is located in the northeastern part of Hanjiang District, beside Provincial Highway Wuxiu, 19 kilometers from downtown Putian, 9 kilometers from Hanjiang, and 9 kilometers from National Highway 324. It is the first town entering the mountainous area of Putian. The Qiulu Stream (the second largest stream in Putian) runs through the town for about 20 kilometers. The vegetation is well-preserved, with a forest coverage rate of 76.4%, the highest in Hanjiang District.
