The former site of the Jiājì Branch of the CPC in Putian is located in Shanwei Natural Village, Gongxi Village, Xinxian Town, Hanjiang District, Putian City.

In June 1926, the CPC organization in Putian dispatched Chen Tianzhang and Wu Mengze to return to the countryside on weekends to develop the Party. They recruited Wu Guolin, Li Tianci, Wu Yunlong, Wu Laoshu, and others to join the underground CPC organization in Jiājì, Xinxian. In October of the same year, the Jiājì Branch of the CPC was established at the home of Wu Guolin, with Wu Guolin serving as the branch secretary, Li Tianci as the organizational committee member, and Wu Yunlong as the propaganda committee member. It was one of the first rural Party branches in Putian. After its establishment, the branch actively mobilized the masses and formed a farmers' association.

The former site of the Jiājì Branch of the CPC in Putian was originally a single-story civil residence with earthen and wooden structure, facing southwest and located in the front and back rooms, covering an area of 30 square meters. It was rebuilt into a two-story earthen and wooden residence in the 1980s.

Gongxi Village: Overview of Gongxi Village

Gongxi Village is located in the northern mountainous area of Hanjiang District, 30 kilometers from Hanjiang and 5 kilometers from the town government of Xinxian. It borders Jiājì Mountain to the east, faces PanYang Village of Zhuangbian across a stream to the west, adjoins Baoyang Village of Baisha Town to the south, and connects with Guanggong Village to the north. The village has 17 villager groups, with a total of 505 households, 2,059 residents, and 66 Party members. The land area spans 3.3 square kilometers, including 8,800 mu of mountainous land, 2,200 mu of orchard land, and 817 mu of arable land.
