The former site of the sanatorium of the headquarters of the Minzhong Detachment is a classic red tourism attraction.

The former site of the sanatorium of the headquarters of the Minzhong Detachment is located in Dingji Natural Village, Banyang Village, Dayang Township, Hanjiang District, Putian City.

In 1948, underground party leaders operating in the border areas of Fuqing, Putian, and Yongtai secretly carried out activities at Daiwu Temple in Dayang and established a base. In July 1949, Lin Runan, Deputy Secretary of the Minzhong Working Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and Deputy Political Commissar of the Minzhong Detachment headquarters, was recuperating here due to illness.

The former site of the sanatorium of the headquarters of the Minzhong Detachment is Daiwu Temple, which was originally built in the first year of the Shaoxing era of the Song Dynasty (1131). It has an earth-and-wood structure, faces south, and is situated to the north, with a construction area of 528 square meters. It was damaged during the Cultural Revolution and was rebuilt in 1991 according to its original appearance. Lin Runan once lived in the rear wing room on the right side inside the entrance of Daiwu Temple.
