Zhengxue Gate is a cultural heritage site protected at the municipal level in Putian City.

Zhengxue Gate is located in Gongxia Community, Handed Subdistrict, Hanjiang District, and is classified as an ancient architectural structure.

Zhengxue Gate is a municipal-level cultural heritage site of Putian City.

Protected area: 5 meters eastward from the outer wall, 5 meters westward from the outer wall, extending to the outer edge of Gongxia Road to the south, and 3 meters outward from the Confucius stone statue to the north.

Handed Subdistrict: Handed Subdistrict is situated in the southern part of Hanjiang District, Putian City, Fujian Province, covering the eastern half of the urban area of Hanjiang. It borders Sanjiangkou to the east, Hanned Subdistrict to the west, faces Baitang Town across the sea to the south, and connects to Guohuan Town to the north. It is also the location of the district Party committee and government. The subdistrict covers an area of 4.25 square kilometers, with a total population of approximately 43,000. It governs 10 communities. The Fuzhou–Xiamen Highway passes through the area.
