Xinyoushe

Xinyoushe is a cultural heritage site protected at the municipal level in Putian City.

Xinyoushe is located in Gangtou Natural Village, Hancun Community, Hanci Subdistrict, Hanjiang District, and is classified as an ancient building.

Protected area: east to the west wall of Zheng Jinbo’s house, west to the east walls of Zheng Wenzhen and Zheng Wenliang’s houses, south 3 meters beyond the outer edge of the brick courtyard, and north 2 meters beyond the outer wall of the site itself.

Hanci Subdistrict: Hanci Subdistrict is located in the southern part of Hanjiang District, Putian City, Fujian Province, covering the western half of the Hanjiang urban area. It spans an area of 3 square kilometers and has a total population of approximately 35,000. The subdistrict administers 10 communities. National Highway 324 (Fuzhou–Xiamen) passes through the area. In 1961, Hanjiang Town was established; in 1984, it was renamed Hanjiang Subdistrict. In February 1993, Hanjiang Subdistrict was abolished and replaced by two new subdistricts: Handong and Hanci. By 1997, Hanci Subdistrict covered an area of 3 square kilometers with a population of 19,000, administering six neighborhood committees—Xiaoyi, Qianjie, Qingnian, Yanning, Louxia, and Baowei—and two village committees—Hanci and Canglin.
