Handed Subdistrict: Handed Subdistrict is located in the southern part of Hanjiang District, Putian City, Fujian Province, covering the eastern half of the Hanjiang urban area. It borders Sanjiangkou to the east, Hanzhi Subdistrict to the west, Bai’tang Town across the sea to the south, and Guohuan Town to the north, and is the seat of the district Party committee and government. It covers an area of 4.25 square kilometers, with a total population of about 43,000. It governs 10 communities. The Fuzhou–Xiamen Highway passes through the area.
