Protected area: 2 meters eastward from the outer wall of the Guanyin Hall, 10 meters westward from the outer edge of the Worship Pavilion, south to the surrounding wall, and north to the surrounding wall.

Handed Subdistrict: Handed Subdistrict is located in the southern part of Hanjiang District, Putian City, Fujian Province, covering the eastern half of the urban area of Hanjiang. It borders Sanjiangkou to the east, Hanzhi Subdistrict to the west, faces Baitang Town across the sea to the south, and connects to Guohuan Town to the north. It is the seat of the district Party committee and government. The subdistrict covers an area of 4.25 square kilometers, with a total population of approximately 43,000. It governs 10 communities. The Fuzhou–Xiamen Highway passes through the area.
