Huiqing Hall is a cultural heritage site protected at the municipal level in Putian City.

Huiqing Hall is located in Xihu Natural Village, Houyang Village, Guohuan Town, Hanjiang District, and is classified as an ancient building.

Protected area: 2 meters beyond the eastern exterior wall of the building, to the shared wall with Zhengjue Temple on the west, 2 meters outside the building’s courtyard on the south, and 3 meters beyond the northern exterior wall of the building.

Guohuan Town: Located in the northeastern part of Hanjiang District, Guohuan Town guards the northeast gateway of the district. Established in 1993, the town was named after the ancient Guohuan Temple located at its center. Covering a total area of 15.9 square kilometers, it governs 15 administrative villages with a population of 35,000. There are over 10,000 overseas Chinese and “Three Links” compatriots residing abroad, making it a well-known hometown of overseas Chinese. Major roads such as the Han-Yong Highway, Fu-Xia Highway, Xinhan Avenue, and the North Inner Ring Road intersect here, providing convenient transportation and a favorable investment environment. Cultural and recreational facilities including the Hanjiang Stadium, Hanjiang People’s Park, and Hanjiang Broadcasting and Television Center form the cultural hub of the district.
