Taihu Longmen Bridge

Taihu Longmen Bridge is a cultural heritage protection unit of Anhui Province.

Taihu Longmen Bridge is located in Maxi Village, Beizhong Town, Taihu County, Anqing City, and dates back to the Qing Dynasty.

In 2012, Taihu Longmen Bridge was designated as part of the seventh batch of provincial-level cultural heritage protection units by the People's Government of Anhui Province.

Beizhong Town: Located at the southern foot of the Dabie Mountains and at the junction of four counties across Anhui and Hubei provinces, Beizhong Town is traversed by Provincial Highway 211 and connected by county roads to Yuexi, Yingshan, and Qichun counties, making transportation convenient. It serves as a hub for cross-border trade, logistics, commerce, and information flow between Anhui and Hubei. The town covers a total area of 182 square kilometers, governs 18 administrative villages, and has a population of 40,000. The town Party committee oversees 42 branches, one education general branch, 10 rural general branches, and has 1,263 party members.
