There are only 2 days left until the opening of the "2014 Yangtze River Midi Music Festival – Light of China," and 6 days until the 2014 Taihu Midi Folk & World Music Festival. During the National Day holiday, these two music festivals will run for six days each, featuring 13 stages and 300 domestic and international bands/artists, bringing a musical feast to fans from all over the country by the Yangtze River and Taihu Lake. Taihu Midi Music Park (formerly Green Country Park) is located on the north side of Miaogang Bridge in Qidu Town, Wujiang City, Jiangsu Province, within the Pujianyuan National Water Conservancy Scenic Area. It borders the source of the Huangpu River, the Taipu River, to the south and the vast Taihu Lake to the north. Nearby are the Taihu University Hall founded by Mr. Nan Huai-Chin and Kaixian Village, the social survey sample site of Mr. Fei Xiaotong's "Jiangcun Economy." The scenery is picturesque and naturally beautiful. Taihu Midi Music Park has complete existing facilities. During the music festival, in addition to performances on four stages, there are also unique amusement activities not found at other music festivals. The park’s original children’s playground, horse riding area, go-kart track, and haunted house will remain open as usual (fees for these activities are not included in the music festival ticket and must be purchased separately on-site). At the Taihu Midi site, Red Bull will bring trendy extreme sports such as skateboarding and freestyle biking, graffiti artists will create personalized street art, stylish female dancers will lead the crowd, and professional DJs and MCs will provide an energetic atmosphere—limitless challenges and boundless creativity. Blue Salt 360 will set up 50 cameras and a trampoline in the exhibition areas of both music festivals to capture fans as they enjoy themselves. Fifty photos from various angles will be transmitted and compiled into videos in real time. The Pillow Fight event from Sweet Love Road will also make an appearance at both the Changzhou and Taihu Midi festivals, letting us let loose in this land ruled by love and freedom, and return to pure sweetness.
The presale tickets for the 2014 Yangtze River Midi & Taihu Midi Music Festivals are about to end.
