The Festival of Filial Piety and Grace Memorial Archway is a cultural relic protection unit of Hangzhou City.

The Festival of Filial Piety and Grace Memorial Archway is located at No. 37, South Shangbu, Xinba Village, Yiqiao Town, Xiaoshan District. It was built in the eighth year of the Yongzheng reign during the Qing Dynasty (1730). Made of stone and designed to imitate wooden architecture, it features four pillars, three bays, and five stories with a hip-and-gable roof. It spans 8.3 meters in width and stands 9 meters tall. The archway is adorned with bas-reliefs of qilin, cranes, and combinations of bracket sets, featuring elephant trunk-shaped brackets and upturned eaves at the four corners. At the ends of the ridge are zoomorphic ornaments, while the center has railing-style decorations. The architectural structure is tightly constructed, with refined materials and an elegant design. It employs various carving techniques such as relief and openwork carving, preserving the architectural art style of the Qing Dynasty. This memorial archway is the best-preserved one in Xiaoshan District.

According to the Qianlong-era Annals of Xiaoshan County, Jinshi, the wife of Ni Run, became a widow at the age of 29 and passed away at 76. She was honored in the seventh year of the Yongzheng reign (1729).
