The Old Western-style House in Huan Tan is a cultural relic protection unit of Zhejiang Province.

The Old Western-style House in Huan Tan is located in Jinhua Town, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou. It dates back to the Republican Era.

The Old Western-style House in Huan Tan consists of a porch and a three-story, quadrangle-style small western-style house. With its exposed blue brick walls, arched doors and windows, it is a typical imitation Western-style architecture, bearing strong characteristics of the era. Climbing up to the rooftop terrace on the third floor, you can also enjoy a distant view of the beautiful scenery of Huan Tan. The building is remarkably well-crafted. After the liberation, the small western-style house was once used as the office of the former “Huan Tan Township Government,” and later became a primary school. Today, the old western-style house has been fully protected and is undergoing extensive restoration.

On January 13, 2017, it was announced by the People's Government of Zhejiang Province as part of the seventh batch of Cultural Relics Protection Units of Zhejiang Province.

Huan Tan Village: Huan Tan Village is the largest village in Jinhua Town, covering a land area of 14,562 mu. It has a population of 3,097 and 36 villager groups. The village includes 1,268 mu of farmland and 12,900 mu of forested mountain areas.
