Zhexi Pavilion is located within Feiying Park in Huzhou City. Originally the former residence of Xie An from the Eastern Jin Dynasty, it was first built as Baiping Pavilion by Xiao Chen, the governor of Wuxing during the Southern Dynasties. In the 24th year of the Kaiyuan era of the Tang Dynasty, Governor Wei Mingyang renamed it Kaizheng Pavilion. In the ninth year of the Dali era, Huzhou Governor Yan Zhenqing changed its name to Zhexi Pavilion. It was replicated and reconstructed in Feiying Park in 1996.
