Destination Introduction

Primitive Tribe Amusement Park is located at the foot of the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall, 10 kilometers from Huairou County. The park has four areas where visitors can go boating and splash in the clear river, ride horses in the forest racetrack, view primitive rock paintings, totems, masks, and enjoy various entertainment programs featuring performances imitating primitive humans.

The amusement park replicates the lifestyle of primitive tribal societies by constructing various living facilities such as stone slab houses, log cabins, and barbecue pits, authentically recreating the civilization of human ancestors. The park also features a fish pond where you can use a spear to experience the fishing and hunting life of primitive people, and archery allows visitors to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of ancient hunting expeditions.

The amusement park is divided into three zones. Food Culture Zone: offering whole roasted lamb, roast pheasant, grilled fish, African-style grilled fruit and meat, as well as wild mountain vegetable meals; Ritual Dance Zone: showcasing various primitive dances; Riverside Entertainment Zone: featuring rubber boats, animal hide canoes, horseback riding, hammocks, picnics, and bonfires, all highlighting scenes of primitive life.

Spending a night in a small wooden cabin high above the primitive jungle is thrilling and novel. The amusement park also offers meals including roasted lamb leg, hand-grabbed meat, sashimi, a variety of fresh wild vegetables, and frontier snacks.

The scenery here is picturesque and unique. The mountains feature continuous peaks, emerald ridges, and rugged rocks; the water sparkles with clear streams and splashing droplets; the trees provide dense shade, lush branches, and oddly shaped trunks. During the sweltering summer heat, Primitive Tribe Park is a refreshing destination for enjoying the mountains and water. Here, you can gallop freely on horseback through the forest, paddle a boat along the stream, or venture into the woods to fish with a spear or hunt with a bow. If you're still up for more, you can have the fish you catch, the pheasants or rabbits you hunt, cooked in the restaurant or grilled by yourself for a delicious feast.

Catering to the desire of some urban dwellers to reconnect with nature like their ancestors, Primitive Tribe Amusement Park takes full advantage of its dense forests and clear waters by building over 60 pine board log cabins among the chestnut trees, including 16 couple cabins. These cabins are supported by chestnut trees, built 2 meters above the ground, and situated by the water, exuding an ancient romantic charm. The cabins can accommodate over 200 guests simultaneously.

On the north shore of the lake west of the cabins, more than 20 stone and cement barbecue pits of various sizes have been built for visitors to roast whole lambs and lamb legs. For those who are hesitant to ride horses, the resort has also arranged several gentle, trained donkeys in the racetrack for visitors to try. Ancient stone mills, pulleys, bonfires at night, and rare bird and animal breeding enclosures showcase the lives of our ancestors. Meanwhile, outdoor karaoke squares and paintball shooting offer a taste of modern civilization. Transportation Information
