Yanqixianweng Resort

On weekends, gather your friends or bring your family to Yanqixianweng Resort, located in the Shentangyu Scenic Area of Huairou. The road leading to the resort is quite narrow, so drivers need to be especially cautious. Upon arrival, you’ll feel as though you’ve entered a hidden paradise. Several swings provide endless fun for visitors. The resort is surrounded by a small stream, and in the distance lie the weathered yet magnificent remnants of the Great Wall. Sitting on wooden chairs and gazing into the distance stirs up boundless imagination.

Fishing: R20 per fishing rod for rent, R50 deposit, no time limit.

BBQ: You may bring your own grill or rent one from the resort at R50 per grill.

Charcoal is available. If you order meals at the resort, the venue fee is waived; if you’re only barbecuing, a R30 venue fee applies.

The resort offers grills and charcoal for rent, so you can enjoy the unique flavor of a self-made barbecue.

Driving route: Take the Beijing-Chengde Expressway – Huairou Open Roundabout – Fule Roundabout – Yanqi Roundabout – Shentangyu Intersection – inside Shentangyu Scenic Area (Wudaohe Village, Huairou District).

Friendly reminder: The resort does not provide free mustard or soy sauce. If you’d like to eat raw rainbow trout, please bring your own seasonings, as those here are not cheap.
