Yangdun Leisure Farm is situated in the heart of the Hangjiahu Plain in Yangdun Village, Leidian Town, Deqing County, Zhejiang Province. It is about 20 kilometers from downtown Hangzhou and roughly 50 kilometers from Huzhou. The farm is near West Lake in Hangzhou, Anji—the bamboo town, Deqing’s Moganshan Mountain, Xiuzhu Lake, the ancient town of Xinshi, and Tongxiang Leather City. It is conveniently accessible via Provincial Highway 09, the Shanghai-Hangzhou and Hangzhou-Nanjing expressways, as well as National Highways 320 and 104, offering easy transportation access.

The farm covers an area of 1,500 mu, including 600 mu of orchards (240 mu of loquats, 200 mu of grapes, 50 mu of strawberries, and 110 mu of other fruits), 100 mu of nurseries (intercropped within the orchards), 460 mu of fish ponds, and an additional 350 mu in the eastern expansion area (235 mu for melons, fruits, and vegetables; 15 mu for parking; and 100 mu for other uses).
