Shanglin Bridge

Shanglin Bridge is a cultural relic protection unit of Zhejiang Province.

Shanglin Bridge (Three-Arch Beam Bridge)

Located in Wulong Village, Wukang Town, Deqing County, this bridge is a three-span stone beam bridge, entirely constructed from Wukang stone. The bridge deck is slightly arched, and inscriptions on the current bridge columns include “Reconstructed in the Year of Yichou during the Kaixi era of the Southern Song Dynasty”; “Renovated on the eleventh day of the ninth month in the seventh year of the Zhengde era (1512), by Magistrate Zhang ? together with Taoist Priest Chen Xuan” during the Ming Dynasty; and “Erected in the winter of the twelfth year of the Daoguang era” during the Qing Dynasty.
