Ziqiang Stele

The Ziqiang Stele is a cultural relic protection unit of Deqing County.

The Ziqiang Stele is located on Jichou Mountain in Shangyang Village, Xiazhu Lake Subdistrict. It dates back to the Yuan Dynasty and falls under the category of grotto temples and stone carvings.

In June 1982, the Ziqiang Stele was designated as a county-level cultural relics protection unit.

Shangyang Village: Located in Sanhe Township in the southern part of Deqing County, Shangyang Village borders Yuhang District of Hangzhou to the south. The Xiaren Highway runs through the village, situating it between Hangzhou and Huzhou. It is 30 km from Hangzhou, 65 km from Huzhou, and 200 km from Shanghai, enjoying convenient road and waterway transportation. The area boasts numerous historical sites and scenic spots such as Zifutemple, Shengxuan Taoist Temple, Wangxian Bridge, Ziqiang Stele, and Chessboard Rock, as well as many famous mountains including Yushan, Jichou Mountain, Gaochi Mountain, and Dazhu Mountain. It has a rich cultural heritage and beautiful landscapes.
