Feiteng Film and Television City

The beach bathing area is located by the scenic Yanqi Lake in Huairou, a renowned tourist destination in Beijing. It is 50 kilometers from downtown Beijing and enjoys convenient transportation. Covering an area of 15,000 square meters, the beach is nestled between mountains and water, surrounded by lush trees and a mirror-like lake, offering captivating scenery. The formation of the beach comes from two sources: the first is the "northern sand belt" near the shoreline, where ocean currents carry some sand and pebbles to the coast; the second is due to the erosive action of seawater. Over tens of millions of years of tidal movement, large rocks were broken down into gravel, which was then further worn down through prolonged impact to form the fine granules of sand that make up the beach we see today.
