The Site of the Goulei Ancient City is a cultural heritage protection unit of Deqing County.

The Site of the Goulei Ancient City is located in Chengtou Group and Zhujiajiao Group, Chengtou Village, Xin’an Town. It dates back to the Shang and Zhou dynasties and is classified as an ancient site.

In September 2006, the Site of the Goulei Ancient City was designated as a county-level cultural heritage protection unit.

Chengtou Village: Chengtou Village in Xin’an Town is situated in the eastern part of Xin’an Town. It was formed in 2001 through the administrative village adjustment by merging the original Chengtou Village with the former Qinfeng Village. The village borders Yuyue Town to the east and Tangbei Village in Yuhang District to the south. The village committee office is 1 kilometer away from the location of the town government. The village covers an area of 3.7 square kilometers. It has 23 villager groups, with 603 households and a total population of 2,372. The village’s three committees consist of 7 members in total. The village Party branch includes three sub-branches: the Industry Branch, the Agriculture Branch, and the Senior Citizens Branch.
