Anguo Temple is a cultural heritage conservation unit of Deqing County.

Anguo Temple is located to the west of Xiasha Town in Xin’an Town. It dates back to the Qing Dynasty and is classified as an ancient architectural structure.

In September 2006, Anguo Temple was designated as a county-level cultural heritage conservation unit.

Xin’an Town: Xin’an Town is situated in the central-eastern part of Deqing County. It borders Yuyue to the east, shares boundaries with Yuhang and Leidian to the south, neighbors Qianyuan to the west, and connects with Xinshi and Zhongguan to the north. It is 45 kilometers from the provincial capital Hangzhou and 35 kilometers from the county seat. The town is accessible by land via the Detong Highway, and the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal runs through it, providing convenient land and water transportation. The total area of the town is 57 square kilometers, of which 90% is plain and 10% is water surface. It governs 16 administrative villages, 2 neighborhood committees, and 308 villager groups, with a total of 8,824 households and a population of 31,494, including 7,806 agricultural households totaling 29,928...
