The Cliff Inscriptions at Lower Dragon Pool are a cultural heritage protection site of Deqing County.

The Cliff Inscriptions at Lower Dragon Pool are located in Lower Dragon Pool Natural Village, Huashikai, Chengxi Village, Wukang Town. Dating back to the Tang Dynasty, they fall under the category of grotto temples and stone carvings.

In September 2006, the Cliff Inscriptions at Lower Dragon Pool were designated as a county-level cultural heritage protection site.

Chengxi Village: Chengxi Village is situated in the western part of Wukang Town. It borders Qiannian Village to the east, Duihékou Village to the west, Chengshan Village to the south, and Wusi Village to the north, covering a total area of 15.13 square kilometers. The village administers 21 natural villages, 39 villager groups, 1,119 households, and 3,438 residents. The village committee is located in Beizhuanghuang. The village has a forested area of 12,455 mu, including 4,661 mu of timber forest, 440 mu of fuelwood forest, 2,470 mu of bamboo forest, 1,196 mu of small bamboo hills, 1,602 mu of early bamboo, 476 mu of fruit orchards, 360 mu of tea plantations, and 1,250 mu of other types.
