Xishi Bay Site

The Xishi Bay Site is a cultural relics protection unit of Deqing County.

The Xishi Bay Site is located in Xishi Bay Natural Village, Geting Village, Zhongguan Town. It dates back to the Neolithic Age and is classified as an ancient site.

In April 2010, the Xishi Bay Site was designated as a county-level cultural relics protection unit.

Geting Village: Geting Village in Zhongguan Town, Deqing County, is situated in the central part of the Hangjiahu Plain, in the northwest of Zhongguan Town, Deqing County. To the east it borders Quxi Village of the same town, to the south it adjoins Xiatai, to the west it neighbors Luoshe, and to the north it lies against Donglin Town of Huzhou City. The village covers an area of 4.03 square kilometers, governs 21 villager groups, and has 570 households with a total population of 2,148. The village includes 2,256 mu of paddy fields, 520 mu of mulberry fields, and 360 mu of fish ponds. There are 67 Party members, 45 villager representatives, and a total of 7 village cadres across the village Party branch, villagers' committee, and economic cooperative. In 2010...
