The Xinsi River Wharves and South Holy Hall are protected cultural heritage sites of Zhejiang Province.

The Xinsi River Wharves and South Holy Hall are located along the stretch from Xihékǒu to Chénjiātán in Xinsi Town, Deqing County, dating back to the Ming and Qing dynasties, and are categorized as ancient architecture.

In January 2011, the Xinsi River Wharves and South Holy Hall were designated as provincial-level cultural heritage protection units.

Xinsi Town: A Central Town in Zhejiang — Xinsi Town in Deqing County is situated in the eastern part of Deqing County, Zhejiang Province. It borders Tongxiang City to the east, Yuhang District of Hangzhou to the south, and Nanxun District of Huzhou to the north. It is 50 kilometers away from Hangzhou, Jiaxing, and Huzhou, 220 kilometers from Shanghai Pudong International Airport, 80 kilometers from Xiaoshan International Airport, and 30 kilometers from the Hang-Xuan Railway, Hang-Ning Expressway, and Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway. The highway from Shanghai to Mount Mogan runs through the town, and the golden waterway of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal wraps around the town for over 10 kilometers, offering convenient land and water transportation and a superior geographical location.
