Panjin Forest Park

Panjin Forest Park is located in Xibin Township, Panshan County, covering an area of 3,800 acres. It is a rare example of a primitive forest on the plains. Within the park are eight uniquely shaped large sand dunes, which are said to have been the gathering place of the Eight Immortals during the Xianfeng era. The park’s developed “Paintball” field allows visitors to experience the thrill of a battlefield with simulated gunfire and billowing smoke; the capacity-filled “Meditation Hall” accommodates 150 people, offering a space where pain, worries, frustrations, and melancholy can melt away amidst the primitive forest.
