The Panjin Agricultural Culture Museum Cluster project mainly includes the Rice Museum, the Bulrush Museum, and the River Crab Museum. It showcases the region's distinctive agricultural products and cultural tourism. Together, these three museums form the world’s first agricultural product museum cluster. All are free to enter and deeply integrate tourism, agriculture, culture, as well as services such as catering, accommodation, and lawn weddings.

The site is the world’s first agricultural product museum cluster, combining architecture from ancient and modern times, both in China and abroad. It features a large lawn the size of two football fields — something not even seen in urban areas of North America or Australia — and the world’s largest diameter waterwheel. The museums are located beside the picturesque Goupan Canal, making it the most relaxing and romantic destination in Panjin.
