The ancient city was roughly square in shape. Several raised areas can be seen within the site, which are believed to have been building foundations. Artifacts are densely distributed around these raised sections, including ceramic shards, broken blue bricks, and fragments of ribbed roof tiles. The ribbed tiles come in both gray and brown. The pottery fragments are also either gray or brown, all made from fine clay. The most common vessel shapes are bowls and plates. Decorative patterns include impressed comb-tooth motifs, incised dot patterns, puncture marks, and appliqué ridges. The porcelain found here is white-glazed, with a slightly yellowish glaze that did not fully cover the exterior.
