For the first time in its 52-year history, The Ambassador Hotel Taipei has invited a Michelin-starred chef for a guest appearance. This collaboration is with the legendary French restaurant “La Pyramide,” one of the first establishments in history to be awarded three Michelin stars. Chef Patrick Henriroux will lead his team for a guest stint at A CUT Steakhouse from October 20 to 22, offering a limited number of 300 two-Michelin-star lunch and dinner sets.
