Sacred Monastery
Introduction Built by Sandoval, the constructor of the Duke of Uceda’s Palace. To create an architectural complex that could rival the Alcázar Palace and the Royal Convent of the Incarnation, he built the Duke’s Palace and this monastery. Opposite the Sacred Monastery stands a monument erected in memory of the victims of the violent events on May 13, 1906.
