Cathay Pacific expands in Europe: Direct flights from Hong Kong to Madrid after June

Cathay Pacific announced that it will launch a new four-times-weekly non-stop service between Hong Kong and Madrid, the capital of Spain, starting June 2, 2016, further expanding its European route network. This route will be the only direct flight connecting Hong Kong and Madrid, providing more convenient travel options for business and leisure passengers traveling between southern Europe and major cities in China and Asia.

Located at the heart of the Iberian Peninsula, Madrid is an international city rich in authentic Spanish character. A vibrant metropolis, Madrid serves as a global financial and business hub while also boasting distinctive historical landmarks that attract visitors from around the world. The new direct service will be operated by Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.
