The official name of Asam Church is "St. Johann Nepomuk Church," located in Munich, Germany. It was built by the Asam brothers between 1733 and 1746, and represents a fusion of late Bavarian Baroque and Rococo architectural styles. Initially, the church served as a private chapel for the Asam brothers, but was later opened to the public due to public opposition.

Asam Church is a long and narrow structure, with a façade featuring a massive sculpture of St. Johann Nepomuk and depicting the glorious deeds of the Bohemian saint. The interior of the church is dazzlingly ornate and incredibly luxurious—once you step inside, you will be completely captivated. Every inch of the church is meticulously carved into beautiful curves or gilded in gold. The ceiling paintings are breathtaking and adorned with gold decorations that are truly awe-inspiring.
