Experience the Munich Carnival at Taipei’s Oktoberfest

The first-ever Munich Royal Oktoberfest held in Taipei this year is jointly organized by the German Economic Office and Rui Xin International Enterprise Co., Ltd., the official Taiwanese agent of Munich Royal Beer. The event will be held for ten consecutive days from October 14 to October 23 at the Taipei Expo Park’s Dancing Butterflies Plaza.

The first Munich Royal Oktoberfest was held in 1810 to celebrate the wedding of Bavarian Crown Prince Ludwig I. Since then, it has been held annually in Munich. It is the world’s largest folk festival, attracting millions of visitors each year. HB Munich Royal Beer was established by the Bavarian royal family in 1589 and is one of only six officially authorized beer brands allowed to be served at the Oktoberfest out of more than 6,000 German beer brands. It is also a beer brand deeply connected with German history and culture.

The Taipei Munich Royal Oktoberfest features authentic classic Bavarian cuisine, enthusiastic performances by the Munich Royal Orchestra, the strongest Oktoberfest waitresses, and, of course, the star attraction—endless draught German beer. With group dances and fun competitions, it’s guaranteed to be a blast.
