The Vibrancy of Los Angeles
Introduction L.A. Live officially broke ground in 2006 in the South Park district of Los Angeles. The center of L.A. Live spans six city blocks and includes a large public plaza, 15 cinemas, restaurants, nightclubs, shops, the West Coast broadcast headquarters of ESPN, the Grammy Museum, and a 1,100-room hotel located next to the Los Angeles Convention Center and the Staples Center. It is a comprehensive district integrating hotels, dining, shopping, and entertainment.
