Hong Kong Windsor House

Windsor House (English: Windsor House) (formerly known as The IN Square) is a well-known shopping mall in Hong Kong, located at 311 Gloucester Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong Island. It was acquired by Chinese Estates Holdings in 1992, with the mall originally covering 300,000 square feet. From 2006 to 2010, a major renovation project was carried out, expanding the total retail floor area to 410,000 square feet. In the movie "From Beijing with Love," the protagonist Chow Sing-chi engages in an intense fight inside Windsor House, showcasing his flying knife skills to capture a fierce gangster from Hunan.

Windsor House has 18 floors (basement to 16th floor), divided into a low block and a high block, with a total retail floor area of 410,000 square feet. The mall houses over 150 international and local brands, more than 20 Chinese and Western restaurants, and a cinema.

Low Block

The basement features major tenants such as ParknShop International, Watsons, Fortress, Watch Out and Dymocks. It also hosts several eateries, including PizzaExpress, Ajisen Ramen, and Genki Sushi.

The ground floor is dominated by jewellery, watch, eyewear, and fashion stores, with key tenants including i.t, Viola, Dazzle Spirea, Kwan Oi Jewellery, and Glasses88. Dining options include Oven House Deluxe and Cookie Gallery.

The first floor focuses on personal care and beauty shops, with major tenants including Regene, Bioderma, Lush/nest, and ZINO. Other shops include Drex Fable fashion store, Belgian Diamond Centre, Mabelle Jewellery, and Hallmark. Dining spots include Freshness Burger (which ceased operations in August 2011, with the space later converted to Pacific Coffee) and Pacific Coffee.

The second floor is mainly home to children’s clothing, toys, and baby products, with key tenants such as Baby Monster, Hallmark Babies, Next Children, Toonsland, Dr Kong, and Kids Wonderland. Other shops include Time Zone and the restaurant “Summer Noodles.”

The third floor features fashion, accessories, and sportswear shops, with major tenants including I.T Outlet, bla bla bra, Wing Jee, and Zoe & Bear. Other shops include Samsonite, Simmons, Aigun Health, and “Tai Kee Xiao Long Bao,” originally a Shenzhen Ding Tai Fung franchise.

The fourth floor houses multiple restaurants, primarily offering Asian cuisine. Eateries include PHO24, spaghetti 360, Fuji Sushi, Sansei Handmade Udon, and UA Windsor Cinema.

High Block

Each floor of the high block covers 17,500 square feet. The 10th floor is dedicated to computer-focused retail outlets and the Causeway Bay Post Office. Other tenants in the high block include Ying Hei Restaurant and Tao Heung Super Seafood at 5/F, Sceneway Garden at 6/F, Toys“R”Us at 7/F, Red MR at 8/F, Rainbow Palace/Banquet at 9/F, Imperial Court at 14/F, DSC Homes at 15/F, and the city’s largest Lotus Arts de Vivre Parent-Child Centre at 16/F.
