Tin Shui Wai Park (English: Tin Shui Wai Park) is located in the center of the Tin Shui Wai New Town in the New Territories of Hong Kong, covering an area of 14.8 hectares. It is a large park in the Yuen Long District. The park is surrounded by buildings on all sides, including Laguna City, Laguna Plaza, Tin Shui Estate, and Tin Yiu Estate. Tin Shui Wai Sports Centre, Tin Shui Wai Stadium, and Tin Shui Wai Swimming Pool are located adjacent to Tin Shui Wai Park.

Originally named Tin Shui Wai Town Park, it serves as the main park of the Tin Shui Wai New Town. The entire park was originally part of the development project of Laguna City and was built with an investment of over HK$110 million by Cheung Kong Holdings. The park was completed in two phases: the first phase opened on March 26, 1993, and the second phase was fully opened to residents on January 16, 1997. In the early days after its completion, the park reserved large areas of lawn for residents to relax. However, by 1998, the original lawns were planted with trees, and the lawns were no longer open to the public. In addition, the park’s artificial lake was very popular upon completion and allowed boating, but for unknown reasons, boating in the artificial lake was prohibited starting in 2003.

The park features water features, fountains, and an artificial lake that create the effect of “heaven” and “water,” in keeping with the name “Tin Shui Wai.” Other facilities include: Tai Chi Garden, Viewing Pavilion, Model Boat Area, Model Car Track, Fragrance Garden, Gateball Court and Practice Field, Tennis Courts, Open-air Theatre, Skate Park, Maze, Synthetic Surface Basketball and Volleyball Courts, Fitness Stations, and Children’s Playgrounds.
