Radar Mountain Villa Kuqa Electric Power Bureau Shawan Jinlong Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. has fully leveraged the vast open grasslands of Lujiao Bay to invest over 10 million yuan in the development and construction of the 400-acre Radar Mountain Villa, which gets its name from the former radar station of an Air Force unit located here.
