The northern coastline sparkles with a dreamy sea of lights—make your 2014 holiday extra romantic!

To celebrate the Christmas and New Year holidays, the North Coast and Guanyinshan National Scenic Area Administration under the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications (hereinafter referred to as the North Coast Administration) has specially selected locations within its jurisdiction, including the Jinshan Shuimu Parking Lot, Shimen Wedding Square, Baishawan, and Sanzhi Shallow Bay, to install Christmas light displays, providing the public with a festive attraction to visit during the Christmas and New Year holidays on the North Coast.

This year, the North Coast Administration has adopted the theme of "Winter Festivities," emphasizing the unique spatial characteristics and natural environments of each location to create a joyful, warm, and tranquil lighting atmosphere, as well as the aesthetic beauty of multiple spatial domains. By using points, lines, and surfaces, the scenic spots along the North Coast are connected, showcasing a warm, cheerful, and romantic ambiance.

Each location’s lighting environment features a different theme:
● Jinshan

The "Heart of Colors" in the Shuimu Vegetation Restoration Area features heart-shaped lights of various sizes, layered and staggered from front to back. Viewed from different angles, they present various "hearts in harmony," symbolizing the colorful essence of love. Paired with driftwood installation art in various forms, it adds a lively atmosphere for the New Year.
