The Ancient City Site of Kurgan, [Bozidun Kirgiz Ethnic Township · Tang to Qing Dynasty · County-level Cultural Relics Protection Unit], commonly known as "Pochengzi," is situated west of the Kuluk Deryas Mountain and east of the Muzati River, in a strategically rugged location. It has an irregular rectangular layout, approximately 230 meters in length from east to west and about 80 meters from north to south, covering an area of 18,400 square meters. The city walls were built with pebbles, with remaining heights of 3.5 to 4 meters. Watchtowers are located at the corners, with base diameters of 8 meters and current heights of 5 meters. In 1928, Huang Wenbi conducted a survey of the site; refer to *Archaeological Records of the Tarim Basin*.
