To the left of the complex lies a deep rift valley over 30 meters in depth, lined with poplar trees, babbling streams, and scattered houses. As the sun sets, smoke rises from cooking fires, and livestock return to their pens, adding an air of mystery and solemnity to the ancient tombs.
