Xinjiang Niya National Wetland Park is a national-level wetland park.

Niya National Wetland Park is located within Minfeng County on the southern edge of the Tarim Basin in Xinjiang. Originating from the Kunlun Mountains and extending to the heart of the Taklamakan Desert, it plays an extremely important role in mitigating local climate change, maintaining regional ecosystem balance, promoting sustainable economic and social development, and achieving harmony between humans and nature. It serves as a lifeline for the ecosystem of arid desert regions and an ecological barrier for the healthy economic and social development of the area, truly realizing a win-win situation in terms of ecological, economic, and social benefits.

In January 2018, after acceptance inspection by the National Forestry Administration, Xinjiang Niya National Wetland Park officially became a national-level wetland park.
