Covering 2,680 square meters in European architectural style, Château Saint Louis Ding is located in Huangyangtan, bordered by the Helan Mountains to the west and the Yellow River Irrigation District to the east, growing in 4,200 acres of gravel soil. The high-quality vinifera grapes, which are 13 years old and grown without chemical fertilizers or pesticides, glisten with vitality to welcome guests from all over.

The vineyards of Château Saint Louis Ding are located on the eastern foothills of the Helan Mountains, where the average annual temperature is 8.7°C, the effective accumulated temperature above 10°C is 3,300°C, and the frost-free period lasts about 170 days. The area receives approximately 3,000 hours of sunshine per year, with annual rainfall between 180–200 mm and a diurnal temperature variation of 10–15°C. The soil consists of alluvial fans from the Helan Mountains, primarily gravelly. Under these soil and climate conditions, vinifera grapes can fully ripen, and due to the cool climate, phenolic compounds that contribute to the structure and aroma of the grapes can accumulate and develop fully.

Grape quality depends on vineyard management; the vineyards at Château Saint Louis Ding use a unique trellising system for field management, with only 400 grapevines planted per mu, and the yield per vine strictly controlled to around 0.5–0.75 kilograms, resulting in a total yield of 200–300 kilograms per mu. This means it takes two vines to produce just one bottle of wine.

In addition, Château Saint Louis Ding obtained the Organic Conversion Product Certification from the China Quality Certification Center in 2010. The vineyards do not use pesticides or chemical fertilizers, relying solely on organic fertilizers.

Fasette and Huangyangtan are the two brands owned by the château. Through strict grade-limited production and batch harvesting (of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah), the 1,000-square-meter constant-temperature and constant-humidity underground cellar ensures the excellent quality of the annual 300-ton production.
