For the Sichuan base, they use a variety of traditional herbs, soak them in 58% sorghum liquor and hot water, then add Yongchuan fermented black beans and Pixian premium red oil douban sauce. The chili sauce is homemade, simmered over a controlled flame for nearly four hours to achieve a richly aromatic and spicy hot pot experience.

Staying true to the tradition of the old shop, the broth is homemade chicken soup, and the pork is carefully selected from domestic pork belly.
