Treasure’s three-way king crab feast: first, the crab legs and body are split in half for two preparations, with ten different live crab cooking methods including braising, frying, and steaming to choose from. In addition to the signature chili crab, there are also black pepper, white pepper, Shaoxing wine egg white steamed, crispy golden sand, salt and pepper, garlic ginger stir-fry, clay pot vermicelli, creamy, and silky butter styles. The third course uses the crab shells, steamed with Shaoxing wine egg white for a varied crab-eating experience.

Golden Phoenix Hall
Golden Phoenix Hall specially selects the finest seafood — king crab — to present two signature dim sum dishes: “King Crab Cheung Fun.” Made with homemade rice slurry, the cheung fun wrappers are hand-pulled to an optimal thickness of 2.5mm. The filling features plump, firm king crab leg meat, paired with a protein jelly made from crab shell broth. This preserves the sweet, delicate flavor of the king crab while adding layers of texture.
